Al Mahmasani is a story about a highly educated and dedicated scientist who travelled back in time to his family’s first Roastery in Old Beirut, to discover the original flavours of the first roastery inventors of that time and carry it forward into the future to innovate and modernize the roasted nuts and kernels adopted from the traditional recipes to offer a piece of his family knowledge to consumers all around the globe in an innovative experience and promote the best of what a true quality, taste and passion has to deliver.
